The Hoop-Tec prototype is about 85% complete!

The unit requires a main system, multi-layered designed board, incorporating an on board Microprocessor, which we need to package in a smaller, more user-friendly, power efficient package.

We would also like to design another prototype that is Laser driven that can be placed on the floor and pointed at the basket which will result in decreased manufacturing and consumer cost.

We are confident that given our engineering expertise the Hoop-Tec can be ready for distribution and in stores for the 2003 season!

I am sure you will agree that the Hoop-Tec is an overwhelming multimillion-dollar project requiring very little investment, especially based on the return potential.

We would like to talk to you about 1) project & completion monies, 2) royalties, 3) partnering and project buyout after completion; or whatever makes good business sense for all parties, and/or 4) revenue generation strategy.
